Shipping policy

All products are made to order.

We have a dedicated 3D Printing Farm that operates 24 hours a day producing orders as they are placed. When you purchase an item you will be placed in the production queue and your order will ship as soon as your items have been manufactured.  We do our best to produce our products as quickly as possible, however, please be aware that during busy times it may take up to 14 days to manufacture your order. 

Once your order is ready to ship we will ship via the carrier of your choice as selected at checkout.  All shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.  If free shipping is offered, and selected, we reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and method.

Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your item ships.  Please be aware that you may not see tracking data for up to 24 hours after shipping due to the limitations of carrier tracking software.  USPS packages may never show carrier tracking data or may show severely delayed or incorrect data.  If you have questions about the location of your package, please contact the carrier.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you.

Please keep your shipping box for any returns.  It's not required, but it sure makes it a lot easier for both you and us.
