Refund policy

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to initiate a return.  You may initiate a return anytime within 45 days of when you receive your shipment based on carrier tracking data.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the entire order.  Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of individual items.  

Important:  If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us with pictures so that we can help, do not initiate a return unless you wish to return your entire order.

To complete your return, please use our contact form and provide us with your name, address, order date, and order number.  We will respond as soon as possible and in all cases within 48 hours.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  After receiving your return we will refund the purchase price, less original shipping costs if applicable, to your original method of payment.  Please be aware that it may take up to 5-7 days for a refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement.

LATE RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer late returns.  Please initiate a return within 45 days of receiving your shipment and we will be happy to help.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.  Please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to cancel and refund your order.
