Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to initiate a return.  You may initiate a return anytime within 45 days of when you receive your shipment based on carrier tracking data.

To be eligible for return, you must return the entire order.  Unfortunately we do not accept returns of individual items.  

Important:  If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us with pictures so that we can help, do not initiate a return unless you wish to completely return your entire order.

To complete your return, please use our contact form and provide us with your name, address, order date, and order number.  We will respond as soon as possible and in all cases within 48 hours.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  After receiving your return we will refund the purchase price, less original shipping costs if applicable, to your original method of payment.  Please be aware it may take up to 5-7 days for a refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@weirdherd.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@will3d.com and we will be happy to help.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer late returns.  Please initiate a return within 45 days of receiving your shipment and we will be happy to help.
